Our Process

1.

A critical part of a tiedown is the webbing. We manufacture our own webbing to our own specifications using heavy duty, high tenacity 2000 denier polypropylene yarn. Because of this, our webbing is more durable and longer lasting than thinner polyester webbing.

2.

The webbing is then inspected and cut to specified lengths. The computerised cutting machine ensures consistency in the webbing’s length. The automated machine uses a hot plate to cut and seal the webbing to avoid fraying of the ends.

3.

Tensioning devices (ratchets & cambuckles) and end fittings are attached using computer controlled sewing machines with carefully designed sewing patterns. Experienced sewing technicians and strict quality controls ensure every sew meets the specifications of the product.
